During the inspection, we found quite of bit of damage not only to the roof but to fascia, gutters, and window wraps. The hail wasn't large on the roof, but was present throughout the whole roof. We took pictures of all the damage and determined the customer should make a claim for hail. We met the adjusters back at the home a week later, and thankfully enough, we did. The adjusters were having issues identifying the hail on the roof as being from an older 3-tab shingle. We climbed the roof with them and circled the damage we previously documented, and along with the collateral damage to the small section of gutters, fascia, and window wraps it was concluded the roof was totaled. The customer was happy we were there and the adjuster even told the customer, "Without Justin being here, we probably wouldn't have approved the roof to be replaced".&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>After the approval, our team scheduled the project and replaced the roof, gutters, fascia, and window wraps.</p> <p>The customer gave us a call after a recent storm, noticing a few shingles had blown off their roof. We made sure they didn't need to add any more ventilation to the roof by adding more roof vents. We also needed to make sure they weren't baffling any of these vents so there was adequate airflow in the attic after the new roof was installed. The solution was seamless and went very smoothly with proper communication between our two companies to give the customer the best solution and quality for their new roof and attic pest problem. Scott and his team were very helpful and answered all the questions we had throughout the whole roof installation process. He also mentioned working with us was the easiest job he has encountered and was more than greatly appreciative of that.&nbsp;</p> <p>We recently received a call from Brian in Elkhorn, NE about getting an estimate for a full roof replacement. After the initial consultation, we were advised by the customer they had a small bat issue in their attic. They were already working with a wildlife company to address the issue, and some questions were asked in the process. We then contacted the wildlife company to work directly alongside them throughout the roof replacement process. We also noticed the lines were uneven on the steep pitches which didn't allow the shingles to seal in its curing process. We removed the old shingles down to the decking sealed and taped all joints, added ice and water shield, applied synthetic underlayment, and installed the leading top-of-the-line IKO IR Dynasty Shingles.
