Customer called us said they experienced hail from a recent storm. The customer met with the insurance adjuster to find out they were only going to cover a broken skylight. After our initial inspection we found a lot more damage and had to contact insurance to get another inspection. After this inspection we walked with the adjuster and pointed out the additional damage and ended up replacing the full roof, gutters, fascia, and all the metal window wraps. This example is what we take great pride in helping our customers every step of the way through any claim. We know these storms have created a large amount of work not only for us contractors but for many insurance adjusters. They too have had their workload doubled and sometimes mistakes can happen on an inspection. We always recommend having us inspect your roof before the adjuster so we are familiar and have records of the damage found that way we can help with the whole process.

Customer called for an addition on their deck. We worked together with a local contractor and he hired us to replace the roof. We used Malarkey Highlander Weatherwood shingles to match the original existing roof.

We received a call from a customer they had some damaged metal on their roof from a recent windstorm. They also were having issues with gutters overflowing. We took a look at the home and found some drip edge that was damaged from the wind and an object hitting it. We also inspected their current gutter system and advised them for the amount of water coming off the roof their current 2x3 downspouts weren�t keeping up to allow the flow of water. The solution was to upgrade the downspouts to 3x4 downspouts and replace the damaged drip edge.

We received a call from Tom about a small leak in his daughter's home. After our initial inspection, we took a look in the attic and found moisture seeping in from a leaky pipe flashing boot. We fixed the leak by replacing the metal pipe flashing with a perma-boot. Not only does it fix the leak issue the appearance of the perma-boot looks much better than the original. We recently received a call from a customer stating they had some damage to their roof and gutters after the winter. We went out provided the customer with a complimentary inspection and found the damages along with a damaged fascia board. We were able to fix all the repairs in a timely manner and the customer said it looked amazing.
