Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Brian recently called Clark's Roofing and Gutters for an estimate on replacing his old 3-tab shingle roof. The issue they were seeing was some broken and missing shingles on their roof. After the initial consultation, we found out they had an issue with bats in their attic as well. They were already in contact with a pest control and wildlife company we consulted with the company to schedule our work with them so they could complete their necessary work as well. We made sure that we were still able to get the customer the 50-year leakproof warranty by working closely with the pest control company.  The brand new Monaco Red IKO Dynasty shingles paired perfectly with their green siding and really made a statement in their Elkhorn, NE neighborhood.

We recently worked on a home in north Omaha where customer called after having a home inspection. We found a lot of hail damage to roof, gutters and windows of the home. We worked with the homeowner through an insurance claim in which saved them thousands of dollars instead of paying out of pocket. They quickly decided to allow our painters to paint the siding and wow look at the transformation of this home. The customers commented " the absolutely love the work and could be more happy with working with our team."

We received a call from a customer she had some wind damage and was working with another roofing company on a claim. After reviewing her claim we found hail damage as well as some small wind damages to her roof and the home. We quickly reviewed the current claim and reached out to State Farm to help her with the damages. After our discussion with her insurance we were able to get her roof, gutters fully replaced. We also were able to get some damaged fascia and soffit included on the repair. The customer was beyond grateful and is happy to take advantage of our 50 year no leak transferable warranty on her roof and even got the benefit of free gutter guards with our spring promotion.

Customer called us said they experienced hail from a recent storm. The customer met with the insurance adjuster to find out they were only going to cover a broken skylight. After our initial inspection we found a lot more damage and had to contact insurance to get another inspection. After this inspection we walked with the adjuster and pointed out the additional damage and ended up replacing the full roof, gutters, fascia, and all the metal window wraps. This example is what we take great pride in helping our customers every step of the way through any claim. We know these storms have created a large amount of work not only for us contractors but for many insurance adjusters. They too have had their workload doubled and sometimes mistakes can happen on an inspection. We always recommend having us inspect your roof before the adjuster so we are familiar and have records of the damage found that way we can help with the whole process.
